On April 18th, with generous support from Scotiabank, Alli’s Journey is proudly presenting Heart and Soul, a concert to benefit young people living with cancer. The fabulous lineup consists of Amanda Martinez, Bill Bridges, George Masswohl, Mark Masri, Micah Barnes, Ma-Anne Dionisio, Susan Cuthbert, Theresa Tova, with musical director David Warrack. We are thrilled to have Board member David Warrack as our Musical Director. David Warrack has an outstanding career as a performer, musical director, conductor, writer and producer. As a writer he has had fifty-two shows produced professionally and he has been Musical Director for hundreds of productions across North America. David is the founder/music director/conductor of the Canada Pops Orchestra. David and Alli had a very special relationship. Alli’s background in theatre production was a fight to David when he needed assistance in organizing the Canada Pops Orchestra and his various productions. David was Alli’s “theatre guardian angel” keeping her in the profession that she loved when she had the opportunity and ability to work.
